Here is the Dance Marathon Registration Form.

Dance Marathon Registration Forms are due by Reading Day to the ACT Office on the second floor of the student union by McAllister's Deli.

One contributing factor to successful Dance Marathons throughout the nation is a letter-writing campaign.  Please note that part of registration is the inclusion of 15 names and addresses on the second page of the form.

When thinking of who to include consider:
Family members
Older siblings
Former teachers/principals/counselors
Clergy members/spiritual advisers/congregations of worshipers
Family friends
Neighbors
Members of the organization for which you are dancing
